Here are some photos from my recording session today for ’Have You Heard The Rumours’! I’m so excited for you all to hear the track! It’s a brilliant project for charity that i’m proud to be involved in. Come down to the release show at The Porter in Bath on the 19th! x

Here’s what happened today in rehearsal! We were missing 2 band members (electric guitar and violin!) but here’s a rough, work-in-progress of “As Long As You’re Mine” which will be recorded VERY soon! Can’t wait to release this single! x

I’m pretty pleased with how today went! I can’t wait to get this single recorded and release it with a video! x

Expect some twiddley and slidey guitars, bangin’ banjo solos, hoe-down harmonica, slappa-de-bass in yo face, fiddly violin and some annoyingly catchy sing-along harmonies! 
Oh yeah, and Rhys on drums.

Today we launch our brand new project “The AwesomeBet”

We asked 26 of our favourite designers to take a letter from the alphabet and design an A3 heavyweight print about what they thought was awesome. As always 100% of the monies made from this project will go towards the creation or sustainment…

We Heart Arts is a wonderful organisation full of fantastic ideas and creative goodness - get involved!

So tonight was the FINAL for the VHS Unplugged Battle of the Bands competition (run by the lovely people over at VHS BATH). I think it went okay! I was pretty nervous and it was such tough competition - I was surrounded by so much talent! I could only do my best, though! I’m honestly so grateful and surprised to have even got through to the semi-finals let alone play in the big finale! It’s the first BOTB I’ve ever entered so i’m pretty chuffed to have got so far. It was a fantastic night and all I can do is sit tight and wait to hear the winner announcement tomorrow! 
Either way it was a fantastic experience and I’d like to thank anyone that came along or even just sent me some lovely comments and messages of support. Bless you!
